Homemade Paneer with corn pizza

🧀 Ingredients
For the base (or use readymade pizza base):
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Warm water (as needed)
For paneer topping:
- 200g paneer (cubed)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Pizza toppings:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or use tomato ketchup + chili sauce mix)
- 50 g boiled corn
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 20 g black olive slice
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced capsicum (green bell pepper)
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough (Skip if using ready base)
- Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, olive oil, and yeast mixture.
- Knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 2: Marinate the Paneer
- Mix paneer with chili powder, garam masala, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and oil.
- Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
- Optionally sauté in a pan for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 3: Assemble the Pizza
- Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Roll out the dough and place on a pizza tray.
- Spread pizza sauce.
- Add marinated paneer, onion, and capsicum.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Add oregano and chili flakes.
Step 4: Bake
- Bake at 220°C for 12–15 minutes or until cheese melts and crust turns golden brown.
